RC Feed Sweepstakes Rules

NOTE: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Adrenaline Ventures LLC, located at 1401 21st ST, STE 100, Sacramento, CA 95811, USA, operating under the website RCFeed.com ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and its territories who are at least 18 years of age. This sweepstakes is only open to U.S. and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec). Employees, officers, and directors of Adrenaline Ventures LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) or household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on April 1st 2025 at 12:00am (PST) and ends on April 30th 2025 at 11:59pm (PST) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by March 31st 2025 at 11:59pm (PST).

4. Ways to earn entries

There are two ways to earn entries for the sweepstakes:

  1. Participate on RCFeed: Visit rcfeed.com and engage with the content on the website. Your participation will be counted based on a quality content algorithm that measures your involvement and engagement with the site during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase necessary to participate.
  2. Mail-In Entry: Alternatively, you can earn 50 entries for each 3”x5” index card mailed in and up to 250 entries. On the card you must provide your RCFeed.com Username, full name, birth date, home address, email address and phone number. Please mail to Adrenaline Ventures LLC, 1401 21st ST, STE 100, Sacramento, CA 95811, USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31st 2025 and received by April 5th 2025.

Limit one sweepstakes entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than the allowed number of times will result in disqualification.

5. How are entries calculated?

Entries are calculated in the following manner:

  • Free Members receive 50 free entries upon signing up for the sweepstake.
  • Silver Members receive 100 additional entries, totaling 150 entries.
  • Gold Members receive 200 additional entries, totaling 250 entries.
  • All members can earn additional entries through active engagement on the RC Feed website, up to a maximum of 250 entries per user.

Entry ranges will be sent to the registered email address associated with your RC Feed account by the 9th of each month(or a different day based on the sweepstake duration, as announced on the website).

6. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected via live stream on youtube.com/@JoinRCFeed on 10th of every month where a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 5 days or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize

The 1st prize winner will receive a $500 gift card from their local or online hobby shop of choice. The 2nd place winner will receive a $100 gift card from their hobby shop of choice. The 3rd place winner will receive an RCFeed hat of their choice.The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and can not be exchanged for cash. Any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Publicity

By entering the sweepstakes, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor and its affiliates to use their name, likeness, and any other identifying information for advertising, promotional, and other purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur during the entry process.

10. Limitation of liability

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Adrenaline Ventures LLC, RCFeed.com, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance: The personal information that you provide to participate in this sweepstakes may be collected and stored by Sponsor, and you may request access to the personal information we collect. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request the following:

  • The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The categories of sources from which your personal information was collected.
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.

b. Opt-Out Rights: California residents may have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. If applicable, we will provide instructions on how to exercise your opt-out rights on our website. c. California No-Discrimination Clause: You will not be discriminated against for exercising any rights under the CCPA.

13. Sponsor's right to modify or cancel:

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor's control affect the integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

15. Disclaimer of affiliation with social media platforms:

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or any other social media networks. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless these social media platforms from any liability related to the sweepstakes.
